Hello World!

My name is Amangeldy Kadyl, and I am excited to welcome you to my blog. I have been a software engineer for over 10 years, currently writing services in Go for VOIP. My work involves close interaction with SIP and RTP, and I build Golang applications using the application framework Uber Fx.

But life is not just about work. I’ve been snowboarding for over a decade and also have a background in music. In fact, I’ve been trained on the kobyz, a traditional Kazakh instrument.

Aside from that, I hold a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, focusing on non-ferrous metallurgy. This combination of technology, art, and science gives me a unique perspective on problem-solving which I hope to share with you through this blog.

You can check out my projects on GitHub and follow me on Twitter for updates.
